Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que investem tempo e recursos para construir e manter uma cultura forte e saud\u00e1vel tendem a ter mais sucesso do que aquelas que n\u00e3o o fazem. Uma forma de avaliar a sa\u00fade da sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 por meio de pesquisas de engajamento dos colaboradores. Essas pesquisas an\u00f4nimas s\u00e3o uma excelente maneira de coletar feedback, entender as necessidades dos funcion\u00e1rios, revisar resultados e, mais importante, implementar solu\u00e7\u00f5es.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ignorar a cultura organizacional pode custar milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares \u00e0s empresas todos os anos. Em 2022, muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es enfrentaram o fen\u00f4meno do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/culture\/2022-in-review\/the-year-in-quiet-quitting\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cquiet quitting\u201d<\/a>, no qual colaboradores desengajados faziam apenas o m\u00ednimo necess\u00e1rio em seus cargos, ou seja, \u201cdesistiam\u201d da ideia de ir al\u00e9m do esperado. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/608675\/new-workplace-employee-engagement-stagnates.aspx#:~:text=In202350ofemployees,whichwasrecordedin2019.\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0<em>Em 2023, 50% de todos os trabalhadores dos EUA estavam desengajados (quiet quitting)<\/em><\/a>. Infelizmente, essa tend\u00eancia de queda continuou no primeiro trimestre de 2024; o engajamento caiu para 30% entre trabalhadores em tempo integral e parcial. Um estudo recente da Gallup revelou que, nos EUA, os funcion\u00e1rios estavam cada vez mais distantes de seus empregadores, menos satisfeitos com suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, menos conectados \u00e0 miss\u00e3o ou prop\u00f3sito da empresa e com menos clareza sobre seus pap\u00e9is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es podem evitar ter uma for\u00e7a de trabalho desengajada? Embora n\u00e3o exista uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica, acreditamos que o uso de pesquisas de engajamento \u00e9 um excelente ponto de partida. Na Next League, realizamos pesquisas trimestrais de engajamento, cada uma com menos de 10 perguntas. Todas as perguntas abordam t\u00f3picos importantes como alinhamento de fun\u00e7\u00e3o, confian\u00e7a na lideran\u00e7a s\u00eanior, crescimento e desenvolvimento, cultura e inclus\u00e3o (tamb\u00e9m um dos nossos valores fundamentais). Os resultados dessas pesquisas levaram \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de programas essenciais como treinamentos para gestores, trilhas de carreira, programas de desenvolvimento individual e diversos sistemas e processos que ajudam nossos colaboradores a alcan\u00e7ar seu potencial m\u00e1ximo \u2014 tanto pessoal quanto profissionalmente.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Al\u00e9m de realizar essas pesquisas, estabelecemos metas espec\u00edficas de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de engajamento. Tenho um orgulho enorme da Next League que, em apenas seu quarto ano, j\u00e1 est\u00e1 superando nossas metas internas e apresentando \u00edndices de engajamento superiores aos de empresas com alto desempenho. Em 2023, essa m\u00e9trica foi de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/394373\/indicator-employee-engagement.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a070%<\/a>. Nossa pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de engajamento no quarto trimestre de 2024 foi de 87%, e estamos empenhados em super\u00e1-la ainda mais este ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Embora eu acredite que o primeiro passo de qualquer organiza\u00e7\u00e3o deva ser construir e implementar uma estrat\u00e9gia de pesquisa de engajamento, h\u00e1 outro passo igualmente crucial: as empresas devem compartilhar os resultados dessas pesquisas com seus colaboradores. Muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es pregam a transpar\u00eancia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao desempenho financeiro, divulgando ganhos trimestrais e crescimento de receita. Ao publicar os \u00edndices de engajamento juntamente com os indicadores financeiros, as empresas mostram que as pessoas s\u00e3o t\u00e3o valiosas quanto os lucros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando os colaboradores est\u00e3o engajados, s\u00e3o mais produtivos, inovadores e comprometidos com o sucesso da empresa. Diversas pesquisas demonstram a liga\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre alto engajamento e aumento de lucratividade. Por outro lado, a falta de engajamento resulta em queda de produtividade, maior rotatividade e menor satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos clientes \u2014 fatores que, ao longo do tempo, podem prejudicar a sa\u00fade financeira da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Existem muitas defini\u00e7\u00f5es para engajamento dos colaboradores; a maioria delas gira em torno de um tema comum \u2014 o sentimento de prop\u00f3sito dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Como Diretora S\u00eanior de Pessoas e Cultura, fico muito feliz em ver que nossos colaboradores valorizam profundamente nossa cultura e compartilham isso de forma privada, por meio das pesquisas de engajamento, e tamb\u00e9m publicamente. Nossos colaboradores \u2014 e os feedbacks e percep\u00e7\u00f5es que eles nos ofereceram \u2014 s\u00e3o a raz\u00e3o pela qual fomos recentemente nomeados um dos Melhores Lugares para Trabalhar em 2024 (pelo Sports Business Journal).\n\nAo iniciarmos 2025, temos muitos motivos para celebrar e sentir orgulho.
